Cool blue beats the heat

Though it's a sweltering Houston summer outside, it's cool inside UHD's W.I. Dykes Library thanks to new blue panels surrounding the stairs linking the 4th and 5th floors. The splash of color is a welcome final touch to the 4th floor renovation project, seen below.
